Comments:
Workout felt really easy. More like strides than a workout. Did the Baker Street Loop and then 12X200 Rollin. The first set of 200s was slow. The second one was on pace and the third one was fast-Coach Lawson ran with us and he scared Jared and I, so we were flying.
