Hit the gym to do some shoulder training and ab work first thing this morning. I much prefer tot rain later in the day but like being awake when I get to work and the sped up metabolism aint bad either. Would have done legs too, but time didn't allow. More AM exercise tomorrow. Got 6 miles on the treadmill?
