Weather: Not Warm, but not cold/ No wind

Comments:
7 miles on the bike trail. Didn't wear a watch because I wanted it to be a fun run/ didn't want to worry about my mile splits. Probably finished in 50 minutes. Felt great, but definately felt the 2 races from yesterday.
