Weather: warm, full sun, mid 70s
Comments:
warmed up, ran full mile in 4:19.9 (converts to 4:18.4 for 1600) so another school record and 3 second PR. early pace was still shocking, went 65, 66, 67, 61. have to get used to early pace so can hang with leaders and then go instead of falling back. then jogged around and then flubbed the 800, cut off early and really just didn't have any gas. really dissapointing. but at least the mile was good. cant wait to start doing real speed work
