Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Got in the water with no real plan, but had in mind a 500m warmup. Then it became 800, then 1000, then 1500, and eventually just did a mile. Tried to do some drills (breast stroke, pulls, paddleboard/fins) but I started getting really bad cramps in my calves and couldn't do anything. Oh well. Felt great swimming the mile!
