Weather: 70 nice
Comments:
3x1000 at I with 2.5min rest (2 of these over hurdles), then 3x400 at R with 1min rest, then 3x300 at R with 1min rest (2 over hurdles). Pretty hard but not too bad. Hit all the 1000s under 3:10 which i was happy about. 400s were the hardest part-really had to dig to pull out 67s, then the 300s were a good close to the workout (49-50).
