Comments:
Ran the 4X800. Went out in 63 and there were still two SV guys on me, so I went into a racing mentality. By the time I realized that they had fallen 50 meters back, I had 120 meters left in the race. Went a lot faster than I wanted it to, but I felt pretty good about it. I did not feel dead or anything after it. In the open 800, I went out in 60-high, or 61-low. Finished in 207.9. This was a pretty rough race. I got stepped on 20 meters into the race and my shoe came off. I had no traction and could not drive forward a ton. I came in second by 4 seconds and don't think the shoe made that much of a difference but I think that I could have gone a second or two faster if I had it on. The 3200 right afterwards was really rough. I came in third.
