Weather: cool, cloudy, perfect, 66
Comments:
warm up, stretch and pickups. then 8x400 on 2:15 cycle aiming for 64s. quite intimidating not sure if i could do it. went 61, 64, 64, 64, 64, 63, 65, 64. workout went tremendously! didn't think i'd be able to do it after the 61 but relaxed and gathered myself and rolled with it. more taxing on the lungs than anything, legs handled it alright. quite a workout though.
