Weather: mild, windy (50) up to mid 60s in afternoon
Comments:
apex relays, rode the bus over, chilly in the morning. good temp for elite mile. felt very nervous (too nervous) went out with bakri and phillip in a 61. too fast legs shut down at 600. felt a little bit of power on last lap but not much. a little dissapointed but learned a lesson. i do not go out fast. i hang in the middle and then haul at the end. 4x800 ran 8:10. i ran a 2:02 leg so not bad for 2nd event. felt fast but got boxed out at end so prob a little faster. then ran in 4x400 bc needed an extra guy. trainers and no gas.
