Comments:
went to riverside for final conference dual meet. ran 3rd leg of 4x800, mentally prepared for nothing faster than 2:10 so having to run 2:08 was uncomfortable. then jogged around and then ran 1600 in trainers pulling Romel for 2 laps and then letting him go. not too stressful. jogged around some more then ran a real 800 in spikes (had to beat the Riverside guy) ran 61, 60 just hauling and we went 1-2-3 on him which is awesome especially for Blivin! then jogged around and ran 3200 chilling at beginning then having to bring down the pace to reel in and get by the riverside guy. long meet with lots of work.
