Comments:
Felt pretty good. I felt that my hurtle form was good and I attacked the barriers. I was stuck in no man's land for a lot of the race though and I sort of stopped racing. I felt I worked throughout the race though. I don't hate the steeplechase as much anymore. It's kind of "fun".Update: The time on here is accurate just tullyrunners is being dumb and says I got like 12th or something. I got 5th and it says 11:14 there so it's accurate.

Side note: When did these freshies get so fast? I mean they were good but that race was crazy. I'll have to run a fast two mile now so I can feel good about myself.
