Comments:
chilly day today, windy and cloudy. 1600 went out honestly 66s I believe or something like that, slowed down a bit in middle (I let sam lead most of the way) then with 500 to go I started moving took the lead and never gave it up. good long kick and satisfying win. then jogged around for a bit and ran 3200 against Ryan. started out in back, going through in 5:10ish then started rolling sitting on his shoulder. went by from 600 out and never let up another good, long kick
unfortunately my 20 individual plus 2nd 4x800 were not enough and we lost to East
