Weather: cold, windy, cloudy, 54

Comments:
went to UNC at 9, met coach there. planning on running on track but lax was shooting so went to fields above. went on warmup, stretch, drills, strides and coach figured out loop. did loop around both fields starting near bathrooms on grass, running next to field house, parking lot and back. crossing onto other field and running on outer track surface until turned to straight along track and finishing on grass. hitting right around 88 for each one. coach brought down rest on last few and I went slightly anaerobic. good workout (intervals to probably race pace)
