I felt freaking awful today. I don't know what happened. Every time it looks like i'm getting back to form, something like this happens. I don't know if i've gotten worse or if i'm just racing like a girl. I don't know where I went wrong in my training because a year ago I was faster then I am right now. I don't think i've done anything different. I'd like to know where I went wrong...
