Comments:
Easy and fun mile with Presto and John. No running at practice today just swimming. 20 lengths and 40 dips of each. Had a long talk with Cartwright about running and stuff. 2 mile friday. I'm looking forward to it because if nothing else I know I can run an alright 2 mile.
