Wasn't allowed to run cuz of my shin. Did a ten min warm up 2 mins hard 1 min easy twice then I got bored so I did two by 4 mins hard 2 min easy for one and 1 min easy for the other. Then a five min cool down. Plus abs push ups and hips.
