Great race. Got out quick with a 78 came back with an 82 to run a 2:40 half came back with an 80 at 4:00 with 300 to go and just had nothing left to kick with. I really wanted to focus on a hard third lap which I think I accomplished. I was really happy with how even I ran everything. I've noticed when I run my best races I even split usually (Imagine that :P) It was a good race not a lot of thinking just racing hard and feeling like I wanted to fall over with 150 to go. Good day. Ready to get faster ;)
