Comments:
Went to concordia to run on the field with andy. We were about 2 miles into the run and the distance team came onto the field to play ultimate Frisbee. We finished the 4 miles we wanted to and played with them for about half and hour or so, so I'll call it 5 miles total for the run. Afterwords andy and i did Athena core with tillman and 2 x 70 squats. Foot felt sore but not painful for the first half of the run. Had a couple twinges here and there but overall felt pretty good.
