Just getting the easy miles in today. I ran the same out and back as i did earlier this week. i think I may have messed up when I mapped it out at 6.6 so although this run was probably slightly longer than 6, im just going to call it 6. No watch to make sure I was going easy and the legs felt nice. Core session afterwards. And now off to grove city for my bros graduation.
