Muddy run

Comments:
Did Chronos core then added on 5 miles afterwords. Andy and I went around the meadow at first but it was way too wet and muddy, so we started running the xc course instead. Got back to the track and added on another 10 minutes around the field and out north and back. Whole body was exhausted!
