Workout in the heat

Weather: Hot as balls

Comments:
We split up into groups based on event that we're going to be focusing on for the rest of the season. The 2 mile group had 3 sets of 200 200 800. Jog back after the 200s and 400 jog after the 800s. The 200s were at rep and the 800s were at 2 mile pace. I ran the workout with Brian, Ben and Tim Banach. The first set was fine but it got rough after that. I was supposed to hit 2:35 on the 800s. It was just way to hot today and it drained the energy out of my body.
