Comments:
Well, I am officially starting my summer training after a few pathetic weeks, and it everything felt weak. Legs were tired. I wasn't acclimated to the humidity or heat. Breathing was labored on every hill. Looped Somerset.

I have fewer than 4 months to prepare for Reach The Beach, but I think I can do it and if I stay (get) focused, it could be a good summer of training. I'll need to take care of my back and knees this time as they were already sore on this 3 mile jaunt from generally weakening over the past few weeks.
