Comments:
I was such a baby today. It got delay but I kept running inside I must have done five sets of speed d and so many strides and blah blah blah. I felt so blah after and got mentally out of it cuz they told us it was cancelled and then it wasn't and all that jazz. The five miles was my warm up and cool down.
