first rollerski of the season. classic. was aware of technique. felt good, although I was a little idiotic and put my tips on backwards so had to hold my poles, ah well. got some blisters. thy repaved some of the bike trail which was nice. saw parksie this morning at DD and talked to him about training. he told me to be smart, that I tried it my way and it didnt work out so do something else.
