Weather: nice, a little damp I guess

Comments:
standard workout warmup, 6 striders built in
pacing was consistant, was at about a 7:20 mile pace got in .81-.82 for each avg HR was a 186. Didn't feel great doing these but didn't feel terrible either, found myself kind of drifting doing level 3. Stretched for a solid 15 minutes afterwards
