Went for a run during the heat of the afternoon because I didn't want to hold it off any longer and I felt like it would be good practice for summer training. Oh my goodness it was so hot out. I think lost 5 pounds just from sweating. Good thing cartwright said to make it very easy because it wasn't going to get much faster than this. Summer training is going to be loads of fun
