Comments:
good run, didnt set off to hard. did 3 "pose running" for about 40-50sec, which was the raise the knee lift and exaggerate the arm action. which eventually made me keep at a decent pace.
4x sprint drills up oakenbottom
right shin requires some hot/cold therepy
