Comments:
Went on a short and easy run with Ben after my test. This weeks going to be mostly short runs and just getting used to running again. I'll be starting my real training next week. Pretty windy on the run. Felt a little better then yesterday but i'm still trying to get back into it. Pretty hilly run which was good. Abs after.
