So I guess I lied about only doing shorter runs this week. Presto and I just ran straight after our test. We went from craig park and down victory highway for a long time. Then came back. Felt really good actually. We got to talking about cross country and i'm really pumped up for it now. I was pretty dehydrated y the end of the run though. It twas hot. All in all though it was a good run. Longest run i've done in a long time. 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups after.
