Comments:
Since I'm spending every morning working outside, sometimes in hot, sticky weather, I've been finding myself gravitating towards doing smaller workouts inside at the KAC afterwards. Not sure if this is a bad habit or not, but I figure as long as I'm putting miles in all will be fine.
