Weather: humid, 90s, sunny.

Comments:
ran with the 2 julias, geary, and yoyo. felt okay in the beginning but got tough at the end. i definitely ran quicker last week but i think the humidity got to me. legs felt great but my lungs were burning by the end. didn't hydrate that well today cause of grad practice and they wouldn't let us pee so yeah. bad day to not hydrate correctly. overall, good run.
