7. EASY RUN.

Weather: 80, cloudy and humid.

Comments:
ran with muller till the 3 mile marker and ran with nastasya (i hope i spelled her name right..) the whole way. it was a tough, humid run again. it wasn't as hot as yesterday but my breathing was still off. i just tried to keep my breathing relaxed. my right hip again... ugh. yeah, my hip was kinda twitching today. eh... yeah, pretty good run, nonetheless. we picked it up a bit on the way back.
extra: 2 sets of 25 crunches, lunge.
splits: 10:00, 9:58, 9:44.
