Comments:
Couldn't get myself up in the morning so ran at night, still so hot at 6:30.
2 mile warmup
10x1 minute hard with 1.5 in between each. Only got a 200 time on the last one when passed the markers, 44. Last 5 were faster then first 5 since came back faster.
20 minute cool down
