Week of July 1: Run at least 6 days for 36-40 miles. One long run (about 11 or 12?).
Week of July 8: Run at least 6 days for 40 miles. Start some endurance workouts at STA.
Week of July 15: Run at least 6 days for 40-45 miles. One long run (12 or 13).
Week of July 22: Run at least 6 days for 45-50 miles. One long run (around Isle Au Haut).
Week of July 29: Run at least 6 days for 50 miles. (run Dad's loop for time -sub 26?)
