We went to Sebago and when we got back I went downstairs to do a super quick thing, which I forgot to record on my phone. I think it was something like this:
10+10+8 Curls 30 lb (might have been 8+8+6)
10+10 bench 60 lb
Some crunches and stuff
Maybe some back extensions? I dunno
