Weather: 80, breezy, sunny & dry.

Comments:
easy 2 mile run today, ran with alicia and grace until the half way mark, and with the new girl [fabiola?] untill like the 1.25 mark, then ran the rest of the way back and helped the new girl learn how to stride. felt okay today, by the end of my run, i started having a bad cramp and couldn't really breathe. ;P eh, better run today, felt okay. the nice breeze was good, wasn't too hot! :)
extra: back, heel/toe, lunge, 3x100 strides.
