treadmill and leg maching workout

Comments:
Treadmill:ran for 30 minutes-for 15 minutes I did the speed of 4.5 but for the other 15 minutes I did a speed of 3.5. Once again I got easily tired. On the leg machine I did it for 30 minutes.
