Weather: 88, sunny & humid, hot!

Comments:
ran part of the warmup with grace, julia, jenny, and ciera, and the full warmup with yoyo. then stopped to watch the races, then did a mile cooldown, then walked back with the new girls. felt pretty good today. it felt good running at the hilton with all that shade cause it was hot as hell today. haha! overall, my legs were really bouncy! the races were great, everyone did well! :)

no splits.

extra: heel/toe, lunges, back routine, leg circuit 1 (x2).
