Comments:
Very easy 4. Felt good. Trying to not be so chubbers, but I had a bacon brownie and a milkshake tonight and it was SO good. How does Connor do it? Oh, right, he puts in like 3x my mileage. Still a solid week by my standards. Going to be two very random weeks, but hopefully I can find some time to get some mileage in. Then two weeks of training for ze alumni run!
