Comments:
Switched from the speed of 4.5 to 4.0 around 20 minutes of running. Got tired easily, but not as easily as last time.ran 2.59 miles on the treadmill for 30 min. On the leg machine, it says I ran four miles but I think it was three. Did it for 30 min.
