Hill Workout

Comments:
no better place for a hill workout, luckily tricia was doing the same
2 mile warmup
5x (90 sec, 60 sec, 40 sec) hills...jogged back down the distance that we went up each time, and 5 minute jog inbetween sets
first two sets on two different hills on collage terrace, last three sets on hill leading up to tennis courts. workout felt long, and legs burned a bit but good workout
1.5 mile cool down
