Comments:
arms and legs were numb the first 30 minutes because it was so cold. ran a new loop with Sara and Tricia, first 25 minutes completely uphill, then 20 minutes downhill and flat. loop was about an hour then went through town and wilbur. hard run with all the hills but felt really good and fresh
