Comments:
ran to the y (no "car priviledges" yay parents), did 4 miles, lots of push ups, chin ups, and dips on the gravitron, and ran back. tried to keep as slow as possible because I'm dying overworked, but it's like compulsive. so it ended up being pretty slow, but i really could've used an even slower day. and i rolled. the end sorry for the novel
