Comments:
supposed to be 3mile, 2mile. Ran it at Einsteins track today. got a little bit of help but not that much, i should have held back- i broke out of form by 2 miles in and i was exhausted after the 3 miles (5:25, 5:23, 5:22). had to cut it short 1 mile. next week ill run smarter. calves really sore tooo :(
