Weather: 80'and nice!

Comments:
Ran around trails on campus, then dirt road around to trail.mrailntrail back to campus. Emergency stop and then rail trail to back of track. Iced knee then home.

Felt pretty good foremost part. Knee just hurts on and off. Need to lose 8 pounds! Can't beat the weather, it's perfect:)
