21. EASY RUN.

Weather: 84, hot, sunny & dry, no wind.

Comments:
moderate run today. the heat was a little bad but i hydrated well but my breathing was getting shitty half way through. sorry wala! :( i only went a little over two but we started at the school and we went 0.1 miles past the mile marker so yeah. okay run. legs felt good but breathing was getting bad. really hot today. absolutely no wind too.. we went at a pretty clipping pace. i ran with mostly nastasya, but also with charlotte, alicia (for half), and lily? (new freshie). overall, okay run.

splits: 9:31, 1:05 (0.1), 10:08.

extra: lunge, (4x25) 100 crunches at home.
