3x(20 squats, 10 lunges each leg, 10 step ups each leg, 10 squat thrusts) w/ 15 second rest, 1:30 between sets
Calf raises
3x5 rows 35 lbs each arm
3x10 dumb press 70 lbs
5 shoulder press 70 lbs (too much weight)
Band exercises
I think I'm gonna trim my strength training by taking out a lot of the abs stuff (which doesn't seem to help much) and focusing more on lifting.
