Comments:
Added on to make of 10 miles. Lifted and did (attempted) 100 push-ups, 200 abs, and 50 pull-ups. Hit the mark on the abs and push-ups but only got to 40 on the pull-ups. Hadn't done this in a long time. I liked it.
