Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Got back from the beach, took a nap, went for a run. Legs have been tired all day from 3 days of hard biking, but I felt surprisingly well running. That is, until I was 2.8 miles into it and could no longer hold off my bowels. I ducked into a restaurant and at risk of being crude, that was one of the worst BMs ever. Got back out and finished strong.
