Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did the 12 4's workout again, with 50 seconds rest.
Made it through all 12 this time! This was probably the best workout of this kind so far. I ran a few 86's but a lot of 85's and 84's- I think an 83 may have creeped on in there. I didn't want to run crazy, so I tried to stay pretty consistent.
However,I over did it on the 1000. My hip started to get really tight and brought pain to my hamstring too. I stopped on the second lap.
Otherwise, I feel really encouraged on a great worout. Everyone looked soo good! :)
Did core in the afternoon.
